Edamame Snacks
A quick and healthy snack ready within 20-25 minutes!
Edamame Pod snack
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
1 pack frozen edamame pods
2 tbsp black sesame oil
1 tsp salt and pepper seasoning
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp ichimi togarashi
Method:
Step 1- Preheat oven to 200c
Step 2- Mix edamame pods with sesame oil, salt and pepper seasoning and togarashi in a bowl. Makes sure they are all coated well.
Step 3- Place edamame on a lined baking tray in a flat layer.
Step 4- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until pods have browned slightly.
Step 5- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the pods and serve.
