Shipping policy
Domestic shipping (Dry goods only)
We offer fast Australian wide shipping on low rates. All orders outside of our local delivery area will automatically be processed with domestic shipping rates at the checkout. Please note we cannot ship FRESH or FROZEN products via domestic shipping at this time. We offer a variety of courier options at the checkout. Please note that in some circumstances the courier you choose is not available. In this case we choose a different courier to deliver you order.
Tip: We recommend you to not only purchase one product. The shipping is calculated based on: Your location, the weight and the quantity of items you are buying. This means that the shipping cost might not increase until you reach a certain weight or quantity.
Shipping fee surcharge: In some cases the products require a larger box. In this case the courier company and Post is charging us an oversize parcel fee. If this happens our dispatching team will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed by paying the additional fee.
Please do not use PO BOX as your shipping address, which may incur extra shipping fee surcharge.
A Shipping fee is not refundable.
International shipping
We offer shipments to overseas as long as you can place order. Due to the uncontrollable situation we don't guarantee any compensation for the parcels (e.g. damage, lost) in the international shipping.
Frozen items delivery
We provide local delivery for frozen items. We keep frozen items in cooler during the delivery. Please note that there is a risk that frozen items may not stay 100% frozen depends on the delivery time span.
Items not available
If an Item or product is not available after a customer purchase we may directly substitute with similar product (same thing/use but different brand) or substitute with more quantity of the other products you ordered. If there is no substitution available, we will process refund for the product.
Item available but from multiple locations
In some cases items are available at multiple locations. We will than bring all items for the order to the closest location to the customers address. This can cause a delay in the delivery. However we try to deliver/ship all orders as quickly as we can.
The average delivery time for cosmetic products is up to 48 hours.
Items from the following ranges can have longer Prepare/Dispatch times.
Fresh, Homeware, Garden and Promotions including Flash Sales.
Delivery attempted but failed
We will try to deliver your order only 1 time. Please answer Yes or No if we can leave a order at your door in the notes at the checkout page. This will help us to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please not we can only leave the order on your behalf at a safe place. We do offer a re-delivery for a charge of $10.
Discounts
Discounts apply automatically when checkout. Or you can add a discount with a discount code at the checkout.
