Chanpon or Champon is a Japanese noodle dish invented by a Chinese chef in Nagasaki Prefecture. It is made of thick and soft noodles and concentrated pork bone broth, with a variety of meats such as pork, shrimp, shellfish, fish, and vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, scallions, corn, or bean sprouts fried together before being topped over the noodles. The broth and vegetables add a salty and sweet flavor. It’s delectable.

Easy method for enjoying Chanpon.
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry your favorite meat and vegetables until cooked.
2. Pour in about 300 ml of water and the seasoned sauce from the sachet, and continue to stir.
3. Add the noodles and stir-fry with all the ingredients for another 1.30 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and soft as desired. Ladle onto a plate and ready to serve.
