TEAN'S GOURMET STIR FRY SAMBAL TUMIS 200 G
Cooking Suggestions (Serves 6-8):
Can be served readily as sambal for nasi lamak
As a cooking sauce to cook squids, prawns, crabs, cockles, mussels or any other popular seafood
As a cooking sauce for stir-fry vegetables, sausages, fish balls, meat patties or sprinkle as a topping over steamed fish
Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8):
1. Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil and fry 60g of brinjal (egg plant, cut into cubes of 3 cm lengths) for 2 minutes. Set aside
2. Using the remaining oil in the pan, fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic till fragrant
3. Add in 400g of mixed vegetables consisting of long beans, lady fingers (okra), and four angle beans (all cut to 3 cm lengths). Stir-fry on medium heat for 1 minute
4. Add in 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Stir-Fry Sauce with the fried brinjal (egg plant), stir well and cook for another 1 minute. Serve
