Topokki are stick shaped rice cakes cooked in a spicy sauce. Dongwon's tteokbokki is made with a secret topokki sauce that is both delicious and spicy resulting in a treat that'll keep you coming back for more. These tteokbokki have a soft and chewy texture that carries the sauce well. Spicy Korean rice cakes are a popular snack that is often enjoyed with cheese added to help cut the spiciness of the tteokbokki with a creamy flavour.

  1. Put rice cake soup base into the bowl
  2. Pour water up to the water fill line inside the bowl
  3. Cook in the microwave for 2:30-3 min. and mix well.
