A1 Herbal Soup
Bak Kut Teh
2 kg meats, 8 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of black soy sauce, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt, 10 bowls of water and one packet of A1 Herbal Soup.
1. Rinse meat
2. Pour 10 bowls of water (3 litres) to boil, then put in A1 Herbal Soup. Use medium temperature to cook for 1/2 hours
3. Add pepper before serving
Ingredients: Angelica Pepper (20%), Aralia Cordata (15%), Sinensis (15%), Cinnamon (15%), Pauranti (15%), Star Anise (10%), Cigusticum (10%).
