CJ Black Sesame Tapioca Bread Mix is commonly used in Korea for making breads. If you are a fan of black sesame and a fan of pastry, this is perfect in your recipe for baking.

Way to serve: 1. Prepare ingredients - One egg, Milk 90ml, Mixing Bowl, Water Spray, blender(whisk), Scraper, Sheet pan for oven

2. Prepare the dough - Put the egg and milk into the mixing bowl and whisk it together. - Put in the sesame tapioca bread mix into the bowl and mix well. - Separate the dough into 40 grams each, roll them into balls and put them on the sheet pan with enough space in between, and spray them with water. (Sesame tapioca bread will grow bigger when done so give them enough space.)

3. Heat it - Preheat the oven to 180℃ and bake them for 30 to 40 minutes. When done, take them out and let them cool. (Fresh out of the oven, they will be very hot inside so be careful!)

Tip: If you want to enjoy them longer, after they have cooled down enough, put them in ziploc so they don't dry out.

Cooking tip - Preheat the oven to 180℃. - Line the sheet pan with wax paper or aluminium foil. - Take the egg out of the fridge and leave it at room temp for about 30 minutes. - If you use blender, the end result will taste better.
