ITSUKI KURUME HOTOMEKI RAMEN 105 G

Experience the secret qualities of Kyushu's heartiest pork flavour ramen with this Hotomeki ramen, a Kurume city speciality that includes thin, non-fried noodles and a meat-free broth full of savoury soy sauce, creamy miso, crisp sesame and onion flavour. Using a thick medium-sized noodle that seems to be Kurume's ramen, we finished the rich pork bone soup with a feeling of cooking that brought out the flavor of the ingredients. "Hotomeki" is a dialect of the Chikugo district of Fukuoka Prefecture, meaning "hospitality".

How To Use
This dried ramen packet is quick and easy to prepare.
• Cook noodles in 450ml of boiling water and stir to separate the noodles. Cook for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
• Remove from hob and stir in soup mix.
• Serve in a ramen bowl and add spring onions, sesame seeds and red pickled ginger to taste.

Soup: Hydrolyzed Protein (Wheat (Gluten)), Salt, Powdered Soy Milk (Soybeans), Vegetable Extract (onion), sugar, yeast extract, powdered soya sauce (soybeans, wheat (gluten), salt, dextrin), powdered oil, spices (garlic, ginger, black pepper, corn), powdered miso (soybeans, wheat, salt), green onion, flavour enhancer (E621, E635), modified starch (E1450).
Seasoning Oil: Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Rice), Seasoning.
