TEAN'S GOURMET PASTE FOR HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE 200 G
A famous Malaysian cuisine of meat cooked with a concoction of herbs and spics- Tean's gourmet Klang bakuteh tau is processed from finest ingredients for making delicious and nutritious meal cook with ribs or other meats of your choice, also suitable for vegetarian.
Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8):
1. In a large pot, boil 2 filter bags Tean's gourmet Klang bakuteh tau in 1500 ml of water for 30 mins.
2. add 1 kg ribs or meat ( mutton, beef or other) after cut to preferred size. add in 3 whole garlic bulbs, 1 and 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce , 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the boiling soup.
3. Simmer for 1 hour. serve hot with white rice.
