This is a premium red miso paste. It has a rich deep flavor and makes excellent miso soup. If you use this to make nabemono (hotpot dishes), it is an excellent base for crab or lobster and also vegetarian.
Add 1 to 1.5 heaped tablespoons to 600ML dashi stock to make miso soup.
