A unique blend of ingredients for an authentic Malaysian sambal ikan bilis paste.
Ingredients: chilli, shrimp paste, garlic, palm oil, onions, ginger, lemongrass, salt, sugar.
Cooking Instructions: Deep fry 300 G ikan bilis (dried anchovy) until crispy and set aside. Heat sambal ikan bilis paste and add to the fried ikan bilis. This paste can also be used as a sauce for sweet taste that goes well with cooked meats, fresh cucumber and fresh onion.
