RICHMOND PENANG WHITE CURRY NOODLE 250 G
A unique blend of ingredients for an authentic Malaysian Penang white curry noodle paste.
Ingredients: Palm oil, lemongrass, onion, chilli, coriander, sugar, salt, candlenut, shrimp paste, kaffir lime leaf, tumeric, cumin, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, mustard seed, clove

Options:
1. Add 1.8 L water to 3/4 pkt paste and boil for 5 mins. Add in 400 ml coconut milk and bring to boil.
OR
2.Boil 2 L water and 3/4 pkt paste with chicken bones and or prawn heads and shell. Skim out excess oil, remove bones and prawn shell. Add in 400 ml coconut milk and bing to boil.
Serve Penang White Curry Laksa with beancurd puff, prawns, fish ball, fish cake, bean sprout, rice vermicelli and hokkien noodles.
Garnish with fresh mint, chopped spring onions and fried shallots. The remaining 1/4 pack of paste is for extra flavouring if required.
