A unique blend of ingredients for an authentic Malaysian stle curry with onion & herbs.
Ingredients: onion, coconut milk, water, lemongrass, sugar, palm oil, chilli, tamarind, salt, tumeric, candlenut, kaffir lime leaf.
Contains: Tree nuts
Cooking Instructions: Fry 1.25 kg of bite-sized chicken with Kapitan Paste for 10 mins. Add 100 ml water and simmer on low flame for 15 mins. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 60 ml coconut milk. Bring to boil, garnish with fresh sliced onions and spring onion.
