Addiction warning – This is one of Japan’s most popular instant noodles and it is hard to switch to any other instant noodle after tasting this one. Soy based, it comes with a generous piece of fried toufu which makes the meal seem more complete instead of just having plain carbo. This pot of chewy, thick udon noodles comes with a separate savoury udon soup sachet and shichimi spice sachet as well.

Shichimi Powder Red Chilli, Orange Peel, White Sesame Seeds, Japanese Pepper, Golden Sesame Seeds, Sea Lettuce, Rice Oil, Perilla.

This product contains soya beans, fish, milk, cereals containing gluten and their products.

Cooking Direction
Pull lid back to the middle. Take out shichimi pack and soup pack. Add soup base into the bowl. Fill bowl to indicated line with boiling water. Close lid and steep for 5 minutes. Tear the lid of, stir well, add shichimi and serve.
