 THIS CHINESE STEM LETTUCE IS EASY TO GROW WITH SWORD-SHAPED LEAVES. THE LEAVES AND INNER STEM CAN BE USED AS BOTH A COOKED VEGETABLE AND RAW SALAD. HAS A DISTINCT AROMA WHEN COOKED. GOOD FOR BLOOD CIRCULATION & METABOLISM.

GROWING GUIDE:

SUITABLE TEMP. 15-28 DEGREES. MIX SOIL WITH CHICKEN MANURE & COMPOST. FOR LEAF LOVERS, SCATTER SEEDS ON GARDEN BED, THIN DOWN PLANTS TO 6~7 CM APART. HARVEST WHEN 8~12 LEAVES APPEAR . FOR STEM LOVERS , PREPARE SEEDLINGS, TRANSPLANT WHEN 4~5 LEAVES APPEAR. 30~35CM.

HARVEST BEFORE FLOWERING 20~25CM TALL APPROX.
