Marutai Kurume Rich Tonkotsu Ramen is a Japanese instant ramen made with broth obtained by slowly boiling pork bones, vegetables and soy sauce.
This Kurume-style ramen comes with a seasoning oil that blends together with the rich and fragrant tonkotsu soup. This is Marutai ramen most popular flavour. Kurume Tonkatsu Ramen is generally thicker than ramen from Hakata. It has a stronger pork broth taste. This is likely due to history as the ever-popular Tonkatsu ramen actually originates from Kurume city. Kurume Ramen are also slightly thicker than Hakata Ramen which means they take a slightly longer boiling time.
The noodles of this Japanese ramen are non-fried, firm and straight.

Ingredients
Noodles: wheat flour, water, salt, vegetable protein, reduced starch syrup.
Soup base: salt, sugar, glucose, sugar, powdered oil, vegetable powder, soy sauce powder, vegetable oil, sesame roasted, protein hydrolyzate, scallion, spices, yeast extract, flavor enhancer, brine water, acid, dye, flavor, antioxidant.
This product may contain traces of milk, egg, fish, and other substances.

Storage Method:
Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Adjust boiling time in accordance with your preference).
When the noodles are cooked, turn off heat, add one bag each of soup and black ma-yu oil, and gently stir.
Transfer to a bowl and consume while hot.
* Add toppings of your choice such as bean sprouts, grilled pork, spring onion, soft boiled egg, etc. for a more delicious dish.
* When cooking 2 servings at the same time, double the amount of water.
