Dragon Well tea, sometimes called by its literal translated name Longjing tea, is a variety of pan-roasted green tea from the area of Longjing Village in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is produced mostly by hand and renowned for its high quality, earning it the China Famous Tea title
Put 10g in a tea pot. Use water at 100 °c, let steep for 1 minute for the first time, increase the steeping time for each subsequent brewing. Good for up to 5 infusions.
Note: It is important not to steep too long to over-brewed.
