DAESANG ONE O'FOOD BUDAE JJIGAE SPICY SAUSAGE & HAM STEW SAUCE 140 G
Traditional spicy sausage stew (budae jjigae) with seafood broth. Spicy savory harmony with sausage & ham (*ARMY base stew). A fusion dish made with ham, sausage, kimchi, pork, and bean curd. Everything is combined and cooked in a spicy broth. Ramen noodles are often added to the simmering stew.
Ingredients: 140g Budae Jjigae Sauce, 450cc water, 50g sausage, 70g ham, 50g onion, 30g leek, 50g minced pork
1. Boil the sauce, water and all other ingredients in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil for another 4 minutes.
3. Serve and enjoy!
