RICHMOND SEAFOOD CURRY PASTE 250 G
Malaysian classic style seafood curry paste, madras fish head curry.
Ingredients: Coconut milk, onion, palm oil, chilli, sugar, lemongrass, coriander, garlic, salt, ginger, fenugreek, tumeric.
Cooking Instructions: Add 310 ml water, Brinjal pieces and fish, squid, prawns to the curry paste and boil on med flame until seafood is cooked. Boil ladies finger in a separate pot until seafood is cooked. Boil ladies finger in a seperate pot until cooked. Add 50 ml coconut milk, 6 tbsp lemon juice, sliced tomato, ladies finger and onion rings to the curry, bring to boil and serve.
