RICHMOND NYONYA ASSAM PASTE 250 G
Malaysian classic style nyonya assam paste.
Ingredients: onion, palm oil, water, lemongrass, kantan, galangal, sugar, chilli, garlic, salt, shrimp paste, tumeric, candlenut, tamarind.
Allergen: crustaceans and tree nuts.
Cooking Instructions: Cook Ladies Finger (Okra) and set aside. Add 600 ml water and fish meat or cutlet to the curry paste and cook on medium heat until the fish is cooked. Add in Ladies Finger (Okra). Garnish with fresh mint, sliced onions and add 200 ml coconut milk. Optional: use fish head instead of meat.
