Jiangxi rice vermicelli is a famous traditional rice noodles in Jiangxi China. This noodle is thicker than others and it is chewy.

Cooking Instruction:

1. Cook rice vermicelli with boiling water for 6-8 minutes;

2. Flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute;

3. Serve in soup or other ways, e.g. fried rice vermicelli, cold-dressed vermicelli.
