WATER CRESS (NASTURTIUM MICROPHYLLUM)

A LEAFY HERBACEOUS PERENNIAL, USED FOR SALAD, STIR FRY OR SOUP. BEING RCH IN NUTRIENTS, IT REDUCES EXCESS BODY HEAT AND PROMOTES METABOLISM.

Growing Guide: 

THIS IS WATER PLANT. IT GROWS WELL IN A CLEAN SWAMPY ACIDIC SOIL. CAN BE GROWN IN GARDEN SOIL IF GIVEN PLENTY OF WATER. CAN ALSO BE GROWN IN A CONTAINER STANDING IN A SAUCER OF WATER. OCCASIONAL FERTILISE AND LIMING ARE NECESSARY.

FIRST TRIMMING IS NEEDED IN 55-70 DAYS,THEN IN 20-30 DAYS FOR FURTHER CUTS.

Growing temperature: 5-25 degrees.

To avoid lower germination rate, please store the sealed packet in a cool, dark & dry place and plant the seeds as soon as possible.
