Certified Organic Sesame Seed Paste; organic sesame seeds are traditionally stone milled and then hand roasted by artesian techniques to produce exceptional roasting qualities and the most creamy & smooth tahini you will ever taste. It is very similar in taste to hulled white tahini, but grey to black in colour. Light roasted & double roasted are available. Double roast has a darker colour and is stronger in aroma and flavour. It is better for the Asian pallet.
