APPLE BRAND KICAP CHAR KOAY TEOW SOY SAUCE (FRIED) 700 G

Apple brand soy sauce is specially brewed by using an original recipe according to the familiar Northern region taste. Most excellent when used in frying Koay Teow, fried rice, fried been hoon and other frying dishes.

Cooking instructions on the label, which is easy to use.

Preparation:

1. Heat up wok. Add in one tablespoon of cooking oil. Fry shrimps until half cooked.

2. Add in 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chili paste, bean sprouts and few leaves of chives(kucai), stir evenly mixed.

3. Add in Koay Teow / noodles and stir fry evenly mixed until the noodle is soften a little.

4. Finally, add in 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir fry evenly again before serving.
