AGV Vegetarian Taiwanese Barbeque Shacha Sauce is a delicious, vegetarian barbeque sauce. This barbeque sauce can be used in many ways to enhance the flavor of your meals and has a savory, slightly spicy flavor. Shacha sauce is a popular Chinese condiment used in Taiwanese cuisine. It is made with garlic, chili, brill fish, dried shrimp, shallots, and soybean oil. Shacha sauce is the Chinese version of the Satay sauce found in Southeast Asia and is said to have been introduced to China via an ex-pat who was living in Southeast Asia.
