TEAN'S GOURMET RENDANG (MEAT) PASTE 200 G
Tean's Gourmet Rendang Dry Curry Paste is a pre-cooked concentrated spicy paste from ground fresh spices. Form the base of your favourite dishes. Delicious, authentic Malaysian traditional recipe. It is convenient, ready-to-cook and easy to prepare in just 15 minutes with minimal ingredients and preparation methods.
Cooking Instruction (Serves 6-8):
1. Pour in the Tean's Gourmet Paste For Rendang (Meat) and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Heat up, stir and bring to a boil
2. Add in 1.3 kg chicken/beef/mutton meat and stir fry slowly for about 10 minutes
3. Pour 400 ml water and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add in 150 ml thick coconut milk and bring to a boil
4. Once the gravy starts thickening, add in 30g fried desiccated coconut and stir for 3 minutes. Serve hot
