SPINACH (SPINACIA OLERACEA) (ENGLISH SPINACH) (POH CHOY)

An annual plant with tender dark green leaves forming the whole plant. This highly nutritious vegetable is extremely rich in iron and vitamin A.

Growing Guide: Soak seeds for 2 hours. Sow directly in well drained and manured ground. Space 20 cm between plants. 40 - 50 days to maturity.

Growing temperature: 10 - 25 degrees

To avoid lower germination rate, please store the sealed packet in a cool, dark & dry place and plant the seeds as soon as possible.
