Fuyuan Erythromycin (Red Mycin) Ointment 1% 

Active Ingredient:

• Erythromycin, 1% w/w (10 mg per gram)

Formulation & Appearance:

• A white to light-yellow soft ointment. 

• Excipients include liquid paraffin and white petroleum jelly (vaseline).

Indications / Uses:
This ointment is typically used for:

• Purulent skin infections (e.g. impetigo) 

• Small-area infected skin (e.g. ulcerated surfaces) 

• Common acne (mild to moderate inflammatory acne) 

Dosage & Administration:

• For external use only. 

• Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area twice daily (morning and evening) or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Contraindications / Precautions:

• Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes (such as inside the nose or mouth), and other sensitive areas. 

• If skin irritation (burning, itching, redness) occurs, stop use and rinse the area. If symptoms persist, consult a physician.
