Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C. Place defrosted mussels in an oven dish lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 7 mins or until fully cooked.
BBQ or GRILL: preheat grill on medium high heat (200°C). Grill defrosted mussels for approximately 7 mins or until fully cooked.
