Preparation Instructions:

How to Cook: Take the loin chops out of the fridge and allow them to come to room temperature. Lightly oil the loin chops (not the pan) and season with salt. Heat a barbecue (or fry pan) to medium-high heat and once too hot to hold your hand over, add the loin chops. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes each side for MEDIUM or until cooked to your liking. Once cooked, transfer to a plate, cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes to rest before serving.
