The combination of chicken stock and thick soy sauce creates a soup that is mild and deep in flavor. The warm weather makes Oita one of famous producing regions of Yuzu (aromatic Asiatic citron). Adding Yuzu powder to the soup will give a unique kick that gives the soup refreshing taste in the end. The non fried and non steamed noodle has the texture and flavor of a raw noodle. If you like mild flavored ramen, you must try this one!
The noodles of this Japanese ramen are non-fried, firm and straight.
Each pack is for 2 servings.
Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Adjust boiling time in accordance with your preference).
When the noodles are cooked, turn off heat, add one bag each of soup and black ma-yu oil, and gently stir.
Transfer to a bowl and consume while hot.
* Add toppings of your choice such as bean sprouts, grilled pork, spring onion, soft boiled egg, etc. for a more delicious dish.
* When cooking 2 servings at the same time, double the amount of water.
