Famous for its bouncy bite and hearty beef flavour, Vinaco beef balls are the secret ingredient in Vietnamese beef noodle soups (approx pho) and other Asian soup dishes.

Ingredients:

Beef (72%), Water, Beef Tendons (3%), Thickener (1412, 415), Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (621, 635), Mineral Salt (451, 450), Vegetable Oil.

Cooking instructions:

Hakka Beef Balls with Tendons are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour & texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.

1.BOIL: Introduce Beef Balls into a pot of boiling water & turn the heat to low. Simmer for approximately 8-9 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen, simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes. Drain water & serve hot.

2. MICROWAVE (900W): Place Beef Balls in a bowl of water & heat for approximately 2½ minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for 3½ minutes.

3. STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok. Add defrosted Beef Balls to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables & accompanying ingredients & stir fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
