HAKKA FRIED FISH BALL (FRESH) 200G

Ingredients:
Surimi (70%)[Fish, Sugar, Stabiliser (451, 450), Egg Powder], Water, Vegetable Oil, Thickener (1412, 415), Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621, 635), Spices, Mineral Salt (451, 450).
Hakka fish balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.
1.SIMMER: lntroduce defrosted products into a pot of boiling water & turn the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen, simmer for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve hot.
2.MICROWAVE (900W): Place defrosted products in a bowl of water and heat for 1 - 2 minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve.
3.STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add defrosted products to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
