Rehydrated Potato [Water, Potato, Flakes] (70%), Potato Starch, Corn Flour (12%), Corn Starch, Salt, Rice Flour (3%), Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid, Preservative: Sorbic Acid, Turmeric

How to use:

Store in cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days. Packaged in protective atmosphere.

Cooking Directions:

(1-2 servings) You will need 1/2 a litre of water per 100g. Bring water to boil in saucepan. Cook gnocchi for about 2 minutes until they float to the surface and drain. Dress with pesto,  tomato sauces, try with melted vegan butter, sage and black pepper. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
