A1 CHICKEN SOUP SPICES (REMPAHAN SUP AYAM) 35 G
Spices made from herbs have long known to be powerful and effective to keep one healthy and young.
1 kg chicken meat, 4 pcs garlic, 2 spoons soya sauce, 2 spoons oyster sauce, salt, MSG, 8 bowls (1.6 litre) water, 2 packets A1 Chicken Soup Spices (35g). Reduce half of the ingredients if using 1/2 kg of meat.
1. Rinse chicken meat
2. When water is boiled, put in chicken meat and chicken soup spices. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes
3. Add pepper before serving
4. Tastier if cooked in a slow cooker for 5-6 hours
